雙極玻璃清洗機(jī)G系列TWO STEPS GLASS WASHING MACHINE SERIES-G
■ 鋁合金拼裝結(jié)構(gòu)，觸摸屏 PLC控制，操作界面簡(jiǎn)單易懂。
■ 五對(duì)毛刷(Φ160 ㎜ )不銹鋼軸頭，上部硬毛刷配置氣缸可單獨(dú)提升，特制軟毛刷可洗LOW-E玻璃，普通鍍膜玻璃。
■ 主傳動(dòng)為斜齒傳動(dòng)，變頻調(diào)速。
■ 快速自動(dòng)厚度調(diào)節(jié)，升降高度300mm，方便內(nèi)部保養(yǎng)。
■ 設(shè)備配有單獨(dú)溫控系統(tǒng)（風(fēng)加熱及水加熱裝置），風(fēng)機(jī)使用熱風(fēng)回收系統(tǒng)達(dá)到節(jié)能，效率高。（可根據(jù)客戶(hù)要求增加毛刷和風(fēng)刀數(shù)量，以提高清洗要求和加工速度）

■ The up and lower washing brushes are drive by two groups of independent gear belt system, with steady speed and longer working life.
■ Convenient thickness adjustment,the whole sectioncan hoist 300mmto facilitate inner clean.
■Three pairs of special designed integrated aluminum air blades, with air and water heating system (Can install more brushes and air blades to improve washing quality and washing speed.
