說明:

1)施工溫度在5℃~40℃之間;

2)用兩塊布法清潔基材;

3)將膠嘴按需要的大小做45°切斷;

4)將膠打滿接縫處。

2)不用于結(jié)構(gòu)性裝配或表面溫度(45℃)以上的材料;

3)不用于滲出油污或溶劑的材料。

DIRECTIONS:

1)Construcation applycable between 5℃~40℃;

2)Substrates should be solvent cleaned using two clothes method;

3)Cut the nozzle to desired opening at 45°angle;

4)Fill the joint completely.

IMPORTANT:

1)Please do material compatibility testing before use;

2)Do not use in structural applications or where surface temperatures exceed 45℃ for material safety;

3)Incompatible oozing out oily or solvents.

硅酮環(huán)保玻璃膠

正在加載玻璃膠主要分兩大類：硅酮膠和聚氨酯膠（PU)。硅酮膠又分為酸性膠和中性膠，中性膠有結(jié)構(gòu)膠和密封膠以及耐候膠。聚氨酯膠分粘接膠和密封膠。硅酸鈉在以水為分散劑的體系中為無色、略帶色的透明或半透明粘稠狀液體。固體硅酸鈉為無色、略帶色的透明或半透明玻璃塊狀體。形態(tài)分為液體、固體、水淬三種，理論上稱這類物質(zhì)為“膠體”。普通硅酸鈉為略帶淺藍(lán)色塊狀或顆粒狀固體，高溫高壓溶解后是略帶色的透明或半透明粘稠液體。1．玻璃膠好壞可以從粘度、拉力、是否防霉、是否容易清潔、是否會(huì)變色等方面考察。從顏色上看，玻璃膠有各種顏色，白色、黑色、彩色等，還有透明色。2．酸性硅酮玻璃膠：粘接范圍廣，對(duì)大部分建筑材料如玻璃、鋁材、不含油質(zhì)的木材等具有優(yōu)異的粘接性。但是不能用于粘接陶瓷、大理石等。3．中性硅酮玻璃膠：可以用于粘接陶瓷潔具、大理石等。4．市場(chǎng)上玻璃膠的品種很多，有酸性玻璃膠、中性耐候膠、硅酸中性結(jié)構(gòu)膠、硅酮石材膠、中性防霉膠、中空玻璃膠、鋁塑板專用膠、水族箱專用膠、大玻璃專用膠、浴室防霉專用膠、酸性結(jié)構(gòu)膠等等。
