自動(dòng)上傳\定位,可同時(shí)鉆兩個(gè)孔,效率高； 基于工業(yè)電腦的數(shù)控技術(shù)，程序可用U盤(pán)或聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳輸； 玻璃雙面鉆孔，上下鉆頭鉆孔通過(guò)伺服控制,絲桿完成； 參數(shù)直接控制鉆孔的速度和深度，并可調(diào)整參數(shù)補(bǔ)償鉆頭損耗。 高精度的滾珠絲桿及導(dǎo)軌保證鉆孔精度，不產(chǎn)生玻璃劃傷； Windows界面，易學(xué)易用，普通工人2小時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)即可熟練操作；

R角 倒角機(jī) 數(shù)控圓角機(jī)

倒角機(jī)是在由由機(jī)體、外角倒角工作臺(tái)、定位托臺(tái)、內(nèi)角倒角工作臺(tái)、內(nèi)角轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)刀頭、外角轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)刀頭、電動(dòng)機(jī)和傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)組成，在機(jī)體水平上板上垂直安裝內(nèi)、外角轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)刀頭，其下端軸部設(shè)置傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，垂直升降的內(nèi)角倒角工作臺(tái)中心的內(nèi)角刀頭露孔中露出內(nèi)角轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)刀頭，位于上述外角轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)刀頭正上方定位托臺(tái)下側(cè)的凹槽與外角倒角工作臺(tái)的外角刀頭露孔相結(jié)合，端面上構(gòu)成外角轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)刀頭露出的外角刀頭露孔，外角倒角工作臺(tái)與機(jī)體水平上板之間設(shè)置升降裝置，使外角倒角工作臺(tái)垂直升降，以使外角刀頭露孔中外角轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)刀頭露出可以調(diào)節(jié)。
