一、 設(shè)備用途： 該設(shè)備在家電玻璃、燈飾玻璃和壓鑄工藝玻璃行業(yè)中廣泛應(yīng)用，通過(guò)調(diào)整參數(shù)高精度地實(shí)現(xiàn)不同厚度玻璃的連續(xù)熱彎和壓鑄，提高生產(chǎn)效率，節(jié)省能源。其特點(diǎn)是：模具制作簡(jiǎn)單，轉(zhuǎn)型快，用電量小，效率高。

二、 原理、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)介： 1、該設(shè)備的工作原理是：將模具擺好，放好玻璃，從進(jìn)料口入爐，從出料口出爐，即得到一爐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的熱熔熱彎玻璃成品。 2、該設(shè)備分為：進(jìn)料區(qū)、加溫成型區(qū)和出料區(qū)，爐體采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，爐內(nèi)使用高檔保溫棉保溫磚等保溫系統(tǒng)保溫。采用微電腦溫控儀和可控硅調(diào)壓模塊控制整機(jī)的溫度，其動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)采用變頻調(diào)速。

三、 規(guī)格、技術(shù)參數(shù)：

1.加工玻璃參數(shù)：

a,燈飾玻璃：MAX700*700MM

b,熱熔玻璃：MAX450*450MM

c,玻璃馬賽克：常規(guī)大小均可。

2.設(shè)備尺寸: 外長(zhǎng)尺寸：長(zhǎng)40米×寬1.6米×高1.4米 爐內(nèi)尺寸：寬1米×高150mm—380mm（高度隨烤彎玻璃調(diào)節(jié)）

3.運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度: 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度：0.2—1.8米/分鐘, 速度可調(diào)節(jié)

4.設(shè)備功率: 設(shè)計(jì)功率：150KW（可調(diào)上溫區(qū)） 預(yù)留21KW（下加溫區(qū)） 合計(jì)：171KW（實(shí)用100KW）
