使用說(shuō)明Instructions:

建議絲印目數(shù)：160-250目

Stencil Mesh：160-250（/inch）

建議感光膠厚度Sensitive glue thickness：10-15μm

建議網(wǎng)版張力Screen thickness：15N

調(diào)劑比例：根據(jù)粘度需要添加專(zhuān)項(xiàng)使用調(diào)墨油（比例約是3%-8%），充分?jǐn)嚢韬笫褂?/p>

Varnish proportion: You can add the special varnish (about3-8%) as?required, stirring?completely before use.

印刷環(huán)境：溫度保持在25℃左右，濕度在50+/-5%間為佳

Printing environment: keep the temperature about 25°C ?and the humidity between 45%-55%

燒結(jié)條件：溫度650-720°C,時(shí)間請(qǐng)根據(jù)玻璃厚度調(diào)節(jié)

Sintering conditions: temperature?650°C-720°C, time depends on the glass thickness

干燥條件Drying condition：160-180°C

儲(chǔ)存：未使用完的油墨請(qǐng)蓋緊或密封，并放置在干燥、通風(fēng)處，溫度控制在10-25°C。嚴(yán)禁煙火,通風(fēng)區(qū)域遠(yuǎn)離火源,避免長(zhǎng)時(shí)間陽(yáng)光照射
